A. No, all HR services are billed on an as used basis and each agreement is tailored to the specific client needs. We can be onsite or available by phone on a regular basis or on an on-call as needed basis.
Q? HOW WILL YOU DETERMINE MY HR NEEDS?
A. During our initial visit we will ask numerous questions regarding your current processes, policies, your workforce size, pay practices and request a copy of your current employee handbook (if you have one) and more. From there we will make a recommendation based on what we have learned.
Q? WHY CAN’T MY OFFICE MANAGER, CONTROLLER OR ADMINISTRATIVE STAFF HANDLE MY HR FUNCTIONS?
A. If a member of your staff has a solid HR background and the time to remain current on ever changing employment regulations, then they certainly could. However, realistically, would this staff member have the time and interest to devote to these duties while performing their own responsibilities on a daily basis. Wouldn’t you prefer that your staff focus on their core duties and growing your business?

A. We can provide support your current designated HR staff providing a higher level of HR expertise and tools that that person may be lacking or by simply taking over those burdensome day to day administrative tasks such as benefit administration, payroll processing, FMLA administration, etc.
Q? DO YOU OFFER MORE THAN HR SERVICES?
A. HRMC staff specialize in HR. We do however partner with other entities such as insurance brokers, payroll companies and benefit platform providers to provide a full scope of service to our clients. We can work with most any vendor if you have a preferred provider.
